Technicien Maintenance

Mission:

-Effectuer l’entretien préventif des machines et des installations sur un plan de maintenance.
-Réparer les machines et équipements endommagés.
-Assurer l’élimination des anomalies techniques en collaboration avec l’ingénieur sur les lignes de production.
-Effectuer la maintenance des systèmes électriques: Post livraison / traitement, tableaux de distribution, panneaux de contrôle, variateurs de vitesse et démarreurs électroniques.
-Relever les anomalies pour la maintenance préventive.
-Mettre à jour les schémas électriques.
-Participer aux travaux d’améliorations, de modifications et de projets.
-Participer à la mise en œuvre des instructions Nestlé (5S, NGMP, QMS, HACCP, CDM, sécurité, environnement).
-Veiller à la propreté de l’atelier et de son lieu de travail.
-Effectuer les tâches déléguées par la hiérarchie.

Profil:

-BAC+2 électrotechnique et électricité industrielle ou électricité automation Instrumentation ou similaire.

-Bonne connaissance de la moyenne tension.

-Normalement titulaire d’un diplôme technique avec 2-4 ans d’expérience.

-Electricien/outils d’automatisation, système SAP est un plus.

Medical Delegate Tanger

You will be responsible for the ethical promotion of Nestlé’s infant products by actively educating healthcare professionals on the products’ features and benefits while providing them with accurate guidelines on the appropriate usage of the product. More importantly, you are required to advise that new born babies should be strictly breastfeed in their first 6 months if breastfeeding is a possible option. Most of your working day will be spent in the field communicating with healthcare professionals. Are you familiar with Nestlé’s association with the World Health Organization code? If not you better ask around as it will be your main compliance guideline!

  • Active recommendation by Healthcare Professionals of Nestlé’s Infant Nutrition Products and services where and when appropriate and when exclusive breastfeeding is not possible
  • Develop long-term mutually beneficial professional relationships with Healthcare Professionals and relevant medical decision makers
  • Optimum territory coverage and management including prospection and insights gathering and sharing
  • To ensure quality service to Healthcare Professionals through proper monitoring of product availability, visibility, freshness and pricing
  • Creation, implementation and Execution of agreed territory action plan within the allocated budget

What will make you successful

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Sciences or any related field

Project Engineer 

Manage and / or perform the design, implementation and start-up phases of capital investment projects on the manufacturing site, within the defined scope of resposibility or specialisation. Ensure that the objectives of  the investment project charter, design specifications and Nestlé standards are implemented and adhered to. 

  • Prepare designs, project controls and specifications, schedules, cost estimates, production, transportation, installation, testing and/or commissioning of new infrastructure, facilities, equipment, etc. 
  • Monitor progress and performance against the project plan; taking action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays 
  • Identify, develop, and gather the resources necessary to complete the project

Supply Planning Manager Nutrition

You will be responsible to manage the Supply Network of the assigned links within NN MENA portfolio by replenishing each dispatch point (OPC) to meet customer service objectives whilst maintaining optimal stock cover that also considers the distribution costs.

Supply planning:

  • Analyze net receipt requirements and maintain a coordinated set of supply and deployment plans of finished (or semi-finished) goods to meet customer demand within min/max stock corridors, whilst minimizing the total delivered costs, taking into account the network complexity and the supply constraints
  • Provide visibility to the Transportation, Logistics and Procurement teams on medium/long term horizons to prepare the transportation negotiations and transportation capacity booking
  • Ensure smooth implementation of promotional activities and new product launches protecting COF and minimizing write off

A day in the life of a Supply Planner

  • Plan and Validate load plans with the supplying factories
  • Balance the need for product availability versus the need to minimize costs of inventory and costs of transports to ensure optimum stocks of the right material in the right location and with the required freshness
  • Establish and regularly revise the stock policies for Finished Goods for all stock locations together with Planners of Producing Markets for IMS products Proactively look for solutions in case of deviations
  • Monitor requirements evolution and determine key issues with volume variance that may impact supply and highlight them to MPS Planner in the Producing market
  • Provide visibility on future supply issue or constraint and support decision making by providing simulated alternative supply scenarios that balance available capacity and demand
  • Challenge Manufacturing team and Production planners on regular basis to drive optimum FG inventory required freshness level
  • Challenge and support Demand Planner to improve Demand Planning Accuracy
  • Effectively communicate relevant information highlighting all supply issues detailing impacts of proposed actions and related tradeoffs and ensuring that actions and Supply Plans are realistic and achievable in accordance with the Business Planning process and the longterm master production schedule
  • Review and maintain all relevant master data
  • Ensure proper Event Management related SNP visibility

    • Supply Planning, Factory planning, Factory Logistics.
    • IMS, Import/Export, Foreign Trade departments.
    • Other Supply Planning positions such as Manufacturing Production Planning & Control (MPS) or Manufacturing Production Scheduling (DPS).
    • Supply Chain development.
    • Helpful to have had exposure in Customer Service / Customer Facing Supply Chain.

Quality Assurance Specialist

You will be responsible of handling the Consumer complaints as well as Goal Alignment pillar for MENA Quality Department.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

  • Coordinate with local and IMS factories for investigation of Consumer complaints and follow up for action completion.
  • Verify and validate the investigation reports provided by the factories i.e. RC and actions.
  • Validate the Quality complaints data in Engage system in alignment with CCCC team.
  • Ensure Complaints data management (reporting in MOR, BRQ NiM etc.)
  • Conduct contributor analysis for consumer complaints per business and presented to the relevant business on Quarterly basis in QBR.
  • Investigate the counterfeited product in involvement with the Legal, Business and NQACs.

  • Support Quality Department on Goal Alignment methodologies.

What will make you successful…

  • Master’s degree in in food science, biochemistry or microbiology or equivalent.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Factory Quality department.
  • Experience in Investigation of issues i.e. complaint from consumer/customer/supplier, Quality Near miss.
  • Proven experience in digital tools.
