Voucher Clerk

Missions:

The Voucher Clerk manages Post’s value added tax (VAT) refund process for all official transactions as well as all personal VAT reimbursement requests for United States’ direct-hire employees. S/he logs, and tracks all VAT refund packages and troubleshoots with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) officials as needed. S/he scans electronically all batches for the record before sending them to the MFA. The incumbent serves as a voucher examination clerk, logging all vendor/customer invoices into Excel spreadsheets, providing payment status to vendors and maintaining order in the Financial Management Center (FMC) filing room. S/he provides general administrative duties to FMC.

Profil:

Two years of experience in clerical fiscal work (bookkeeping, vouchering and other related clerical fiscal work) is required.

Chauffeur

Missions:

Operates as a passenger motor vehicles in accordance with instructions to transport Marine Security Guard employees within the city and surrounding area. S/he operates safely and efficiently an unarmored U.S. Government-owned or leased motor vehicle. The incumbent works also as messenger as directed, prepares trip reports and vehicle use and trip logs, as well as estimates fuel consumption for trips. S/he keeps vehicle in clean and serviceable condition, to include cleaning the interior and exterior of the vehicle and performs basic vehicle inspection in accordance with established schedules and policies. 

Profil:

Minimum of three years of professional driving experience is required.
