Pour lutter contre une mortalité infantile elevée, Henri Nestlé met au point et commercialise en Suisse dès 1867, la farine lactée, premier aliment pour nourrissons au monde.

Key Account Manager

Provide insight and strongly supporting a fact-based decision-making process, based on current business environment & specialist financial knowledge and by challenging new strategies & new projects, as well as the status quo.

A day in the life of…

  • Build complete Customer Plan to drive the overall business.
  • Execute plans for assigned Account (s) that are aligned with business objectives and customer strategies.
  • Facilitates excellence in execution in the daily business by planning, communicating, anticipating, measuring results consistently and implementing corrective action or learning.
  • Nurtures productive business relationship beyond the buyer to include cross-functional leaders and reporting levels at least 1 up from the buyer/category manager.
  • Accountable and responsible to achieve agreed upon Key Account targets and KPIs.
  • Adheres to all Company principles and policies including Nestlé trade policy, local Sales policy, local Trade Terms.

What will make you successful:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in FMCG Sales with at least 3 years in a Key Account Manager Role.

Key Account Supervisor North Region

The primary responsibility of the Key Account Supervisor is to focus on achieving the sales and visibility targets for his customers and ensure full achievement of core distribution and in parallel, align Nestlé strategy with customers’ needs by developing mutual business opportunities. At this position, you must maximize short- and long-term sales and profitability and build long term successful business with customers to become the preferred supplier.

A day in the life of…

  • Increase coverage and penetration for his respective sector in-line with Company objectives.
  • Achieve the set coverage, core distribution and visibility of the Nestlé products within the channel/ customer, balancing customer priorities with category objectives.
  • Effectively develop and manage long term customer relationships.
  • Develop, negotiate, implement & monitor Customer Business Plans in alignment with Company Objectives.
  • Plan, manage and optimize the trade investment for his respective customers.
  • Analyze customers performance and recommend action to accelerate growth.
  • Constantly work to improve the ROI through the management of financial performance.
  • Accountable for the achievement of his territory sales volumes, targets by category.
  • Monitor customer business performance and jointly develop action plans to accelerate growth or to address any shortfalls.
  • Prepare and conduct regular customer business planning reviews and propose action to accelerate growth.
  • Develop and keep up to date Customer Profiles/Fact Books.
  • Responsible for forecasting sales volumes for his respective sector.
  • Ensure that debtors’ days/collection, bad goods, targets are met on a monthly basis.

National Sales Manager

A day in the life of…

  • Responsible to achieve their sales targets and meet the set budgets
  • Develop channel strategies aligned with their Business OMP and support with the trade budgets and activity plans to deliver on the set ambition
  • Lead, coach, give regular feedback and recognize their teams’ efforts and results (direct and also distributor teams) while ensuring right capability building and monitoring of development
  • Support with building key customer relationships for sustainable business growth, conducting JBP. Implement effective spend strategy, optimizing leads generation process via trade shows, tele sales, direct contact, etc.
  • Compliant with internal SOPs and processes. Review policies annually to make sure they are still valid.
  • Define the optimal RTM strategy to ensure scalability in priority channels and work closely with RTM partners based on the Nestle Professional distributor management best practices.
  • Play an active role in the MANCOM of Nestlé Morocco; participate in key business and HR related topics

What will make you successful:

  • Over 7 years of experience in business operations, preferably in the Out of Home environment.
  • Strong experience in Sales or marketing. Has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top line business results. Demonstrated success in managing multi-category and cross functional teams, creating a high-performance culture.
  • Has experience working in a matrix organization with the ability to influence others.
  • Practical experience and understanding of quality principles, HACCP, hygiene in the F&B industry.
  • University Degree in Business (Administration, Marketing, Management)
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft (SAP is a plus)

Technicien Maintenance

Mission:

-Effectuer l’entretien préventif des machines et des installations sur un plan de maintenance.
-Réparer les machines et équipements endommagés.
-Assurer l’élimination des anomalies techniques en collaboration avec l’ingénieur sur les lignes de production.
-Effectuer la maintenance des systèmes électriques: Post livraison / traitement, tableaux de distribution, panneaux de contrôle, variateurs de vitesse et démarreurs électroniques.
-Relever les anomalies pour la maintenance préventive.
-Mettre à jour les schémas électriques.
-Participer aux travaux d’améliorations, de modifications et de projets.
-Participer à la mise en œuvre des instructions Nestlé (5S, NGMP, QMS, HACCP, CDM, sécurité, environnement).
-Veiller à la propreté de l’atelier et de son lieu de travail.
-Effectuer les tâches déléguées par la hiérarchie.

Profil:

-BAC+2 électrotechnique et électricité industrielle ou électricité automation Instrumentation ou similaire.

-Bonne connaissance de la moyenne tension.

-Normalement titulaire d’un diplôme technique avec 2-4 ans d’expérience.

-Electricien/outils d’automatisation, système SAP est un plus.

Medical Delegate Casablanca

You will be responsible for the ethical promotion of Nestlé’s infant products by actively educating healthcare professionals on the products’ features and benefits while providing them with accurate guidelines on the appropriate usage of the product. More importantly, you are required to advise that new born babies should be strictly breastfeed in their first 6 months if breastfeeding is a possible option. Most of your working day will be spent in the field communicating with healthcare professionals. Are you familiar with Nestlé’s association with the World Health Organization code? If not you better ask around as it will be your main compliance guideline!

  • Active recommendation by Healthcare Professionals of Nestlé’s Infant Nutrition Products and services where and when appropriate and when exclusive breastfeeding is not possible
  • Develop long-term mutually beneficial professional relationships with Healthcare Professionals and relevant medical decision makers
  • Optimum territory coverage and management including prospection and insights gathering and sharing
  • To ensure quality service to Healthcare Professionals through proper monitoring of product availability, visibility, freshness and pricing
  • Creation, implementation and Execution of agreed territory action plan within the allocated budget

What will make you successful

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Sciences or any related field
  • 3-5 yrs. experience in a similar role
  • Good French communication skills (Spoken/Written)

Project Engineer

Manage and / or perform the design, implementation and start-up phases of capital investment projects on the manufacturing site, within the defined scope of resposibility or specialisation. Ensure that the objectives of  the investment project charter, design specifications and Nestlé standards are implemented and adhered to. 

  • Prepare designs, project controls and specifications, schedules, cost estimates, production, transportation, installation, testing and/or commissioning of new infrastructure, facilities, equipment, etc. 
  • Monitor progress and performance against the project plan; taking action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays 
  • Identify, develop, and gather the resources necessary to complete the project 
  • Prepare engineering standards, design and work specifications; develop project schedules, budgets and forecasts; and select materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors;
  • Apply practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience

  • Influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practice

  • 3 years experience in capital investment projects development and implementation in food industry.
  • Determination of methods to minimise the likelihood of injuries or damages to people and/or equipment (SH&E)
