Company Description

As a multinational company with subsidiaries worldwide, Speedaf adopts a localized operating model, believing that opportunities can be created and possibilities found in every region of operation. Вy collaborating with local teams and fully understanding customer needs, we offer a variety of customized value – added services to different businesses and private clients.

Responsibilities and Duties:

We are looking for 4 passionate telemarketers to join our team. Here’s a role for an internship site:

  1. Contact potential or existing customers by phone to introduce the product or service to them.
  2. Answer questions about the product or company.
  3. Ask questions to understand customer needs and complete sales.
  4. Contact the field sales team directly when needed.
  5. Timely input and update customer information.
  6. Accept and process orders accurately.
  7. Keep records of phone calls and sales, and write down useful information.

Qualifications:

  1. Negotiation skills to solve problems and deal with complaints;
  2. Education: Fresh graduates.
  3. Experience: telemarketing/sales internship experience is preferred.
  4. Language: English is preferred.
